Installation

Framis runs on macOS 15.6 or later and supports both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

Download the app

1. Open the latest release from the Framis GitHub releases page.
2. Download the current build for your Mac.
3. Move Framis into your Applications folder.

Launch for the first time

When you first open Framis, macOS may ask you to confirm that you want to open an app downloaded from the internet. Accept that prompt, then continue with the setup flow.

Confirm the menu bar app is active

After launch, Framis lives in the menu bar. If you do not see it there:

• Check that the app is still open in the Dock or Activity Monitor.
• Re-open the app from Applications.
• Continue to Permissions if window actions are unavailable.
